This is totally true, I actually went to the dentist yesterday and was eager to hear what the hygienist had to say before telling her that I had changed my diet the past 7months to exclude sugar and starches. She simply said something similar in that my gums and in between teeth are the best they have been, and I had no cavities this time. Eureeka!
